We the members of the Civil Society Organization "Bees", we have been seeing and hearing what is happening in our state and country. We see how the masters of the underworld, the Lords of Xibalba or those who "govern", continue to imprison, stripping people of their lands and organized follow killing innocent people in Calderon's war, terror seems to be the normal routine of life in Mexico, which hopefully everyone say ENOUGH! this war. This matter in another statement I will talk more extensively.

At this time, our press will talk about the consequences of wrong policies of counterinsurgency state and federal governments that cause and causes in our organization and struggle of Bees.

Our complaint and rejection in this case is about a "rally event" that made a group that is called "Organization of Bees, AC" New Yibeljoj, last 26 of this. We are forced to be separated from the action of this "group" mentioned, because it has caused confusion to our organization, "Bees" in our region. Input, automatically make clear that this "group" has nothing to do with our organization and say that they are not "Bees" as they say to call. 1. In previous releases of our organization Bees already said that in 2008 a group of people who belong to our organization is allowed to be manipulated by Juan Sabines Guerrero.

Furthermore, we know consciously that these government programs are to deceive the people and break the unity and organization of a people held in this case "Bees."

4. The decision to members of the organization "Bees" was to reject what they had negotiated these comrades and that the fight had to follow the justice of the case Acteal and continue to demand and building along with other organized peoples autonomy and self-determination of indigenous peoples of Mexico, a the demands of the EZLN.

5. We also said that at no time could now speak on behalf of the organization "Bees", either using as a flag in demonstrations and much less to ask for support to state and federal government or other agencies or international donors. 6. The purpose of this "group", to use the name of "Bees" is for political and economic ends, and know that government is interested in sitting down to negotiate with "Bees," because it is worth a lot, politically and economically. 7. actually belong to or be called "The Bees", is anything but simple or just because the name is nice, but it has to do with consistency and commitment that leads actions for the rights of indigenous peoples, like Earth, Land and Natural Resources. And the struggle for a real change in our country. If this "group", has held rallies to denounce injustices and violations of human rights or against the neoliberal megaprojects (It saddens us to put to light, but if we do not, will continue to use the name of "Bees"), only do it when it suits them, if not, shut up, just involved in managing government support, not to mention that the same government that will talk and negotiate with him, is the same repressed, strips, social activists jailed comrades as the case of our 5 partners Bachajon Mitzitón and elsewhere in the state of Chiapas and Mexico.

For all these reasons, in this group that abandoned the principles of The Bee, we require the following:

1. would you find another name to his group or organization.
