BROTHERS AND SISTERS:
From the sacred land of The Martyrs of Acteal again raise our voice by our colleagues Temacapulín community, state of Jalisco, Mexico. For two days are suffering from heat with all men and all women, boys and girls in the place of the Zapotillo which is building the dam.
They are expressing their dissatisfaction, they disagree on the construction of the dam because it will affect many people in this region.
also say they do not respect the right to consultation referred to in our Mexican Constitution and various international treaties.
